Residential Design to Construction Process
I. Design process - From the smallest project to a multi-phased estate plan, the process will begin with an on site consultation with one of our staff Landscape Designers.

Our initial meeting will determine your likes and dislikes, short and long terms goals, style of landscape, budgets, etc. What you will be able to take away from the meeting is a clear understanding of our company, our capabilities, and a time line of the entire process from design to construction to completion.

After a careful evaluation and interpretation of your needs, a site inventory and analysis will be performed. We will take into account all existing site conditions, utilities, drainage, easements, orientation to the sun, architecture and style of your house.

The actual design process involves preparing a scaled design with labels that will be hand drawn and/or computer generated. We will then present the design and proposal to you and, if necessary, revise to ultimately meet your needs and budget.

II. Construction Process – Before the project begins, start dates will be communicated with you and adjusted accordingly to work with your schedule. We take a “Hands on” approach to each project. Your Landscape Designer, working together with the Home Owner Crew Leader and staff, will be actively involved throughout the installation process. We prefer this approach so as the smallest of detail is not missed. Ongoing customer communication is always emphasized throughout the project. We will not stop working for you until we meet and ideally exceed your expectations.
